Lifted explores the the lives of several women who have chosen Olympic weightlifting as their sport.
In this short documentary they share their experiences and how they discovered weightlifting. Expectations, their support system and offer advise to other women who may be reluctant to give it a try.
Filmed entirely in the Quinte region of Ontario, Canada
