Lifeguards from across Minnesota recently descended upon New Hope Aquatic Park, where their rescue skills were put to the test. Eighteen teams of four competed in the challenge, including a team from New Hope. Finishing in first place this year: lifeguards from Minnetonka-Shady Oak Beach.
