Fun fact: Copperfield is a last name. Ginger’s name is ‘Ginger Copperfield’. Copperfield the character is named ‘Lucas Copperfield’. He goes by just his last name.
Story:
Ginger and Lucas lived alone for their childhood. They were unsure what happened to their parents but they weren’t present. Most of the time, they were the only company the other had. They lived happily for a while before Lucas began to hang out with a neighborhood gang. He didn’t go very often, as Ginger was too young to be left alone. When he did go, he would take his little brother with him, and he would have to watch his older brother hang out with people he didn’t trust and start to test in drugs and such.
The older he got, the more Lucas would leave him alone at the house and they both got numb to it. It wasn’t until Ginger reached around 16 that he grew frustrated with all the abandonment and times his brother would come home ‘not right’ in one way or another. He confronted him and demanded he choose between him and the life he was choosing. Lucas was torn but chose to continue to visit the gang and do various addictive substances.
Ginger was heartbroken and angry. They split apart from there. Lucas went on to be captured by a rival group for talking badly about them and to ‘make a statement’ of some sort. They shoved sticks they lit on fire and small explosives in his mouth and burned the inside of his mouth, causing several scars and holes in his cheeks. He managed to escape but had to go through a lot of therapy and lives in fear -He also cannot talk-. He has kind of a PTSD thing going on and is always nervous the gang will come back for him. He went through rehab though still struggles with drug addiction and stuff. He eventually (Through ways yet to be developed) got rich and locked himself up in his mansion. He hides his mouth under a mask and lots of neck fluff. He then decides to go by his last name. [There’s also a time where Ginger was desperate and went to ask him for money but Copperfield was too scared to see him or give him any]
Ginger grew to be very poor and would do jobs for whatever someone would pay him for, including some darker jobs he was not allowed to tell people about. He was one day payed by a man to capture Copperfield and deliver him to the man for money. Ginger agreed and went off to do so. Video ends there with the confrontation.
