2 oz Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
.5 oz blue curacao
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz sweet and sour

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
