In the ten years since graduating from Azusa Pacific, actor Darnell Abraham ’09 has traveled the country portraying characters in acclaimed shows like Ragtime, Next to Normal, The Color Purple, Disney’s Festival of The Lion King, and Side Show. His latest theatrical engagement is the most high-profile one yet: Playing George Washington in the San Francisco touring production of Hamilton, one of Broadway’s most celebrated modern musicals.
