This is a quick look into the tools I use to break down wild game when I'm in the backcountry. A very basic tool kit that's light, easy to carry, and doesn't take up much room inside of a pack. Now that these beavers are processed I'm ready to begin cooking up a delicious beaver stew! Stay tuned.
