Apple completely surprised me.
After my MacBook Pro started having problems, I expected a long battle at the Apple Store...instead they immediately offered to replace it. Even better, the replacement would have cost around $5,000 today, making the experience even more unexpected.

• Progress on disabling the telematics/TBM module without triggering unwanted issues
