Here’s what I’ve been loving in my life lately…
👖Wearing: Overalls and a tank top make up my most comfy go-to outfit these days. Add a bandana and I’m set for summer adventures.
📺 Watching: I have been LOVING Five Star Weekend! And full confession, I completely skipped the book and went right to watching the series. This has a lot of drama - between friends, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, past loves, etc. So far it has made me laugh, cry, and swoon…just be aware this does have ADULT content.
🫖 Drinking: Hot Black Tea + a splash of Milk while listening to birdsong is a favorite part of my early morning routine.
📖 Reading Recommendation: Sea of Charms by Sarah Beth Durst comes out in ONE WEEK. In this 3rd book of her adult cozy fantasy Spellshop series, our main character Marin is the captain of a ship and as she travels on her ship, we travel with her. I love a journey book, especially in the summer, and being out on the sea was the perfect setting. We visit the characters from the first two books, as well as meet new characters, including another memorable sentient plant. New to this tale was a domesticated sea serpent, which is my favorite addition to the animals in this series so far.
