Here are some highlights from 3 weeks away in Southwest, Colorado, a place I love so much! Not pictured, the constant mess, the 5 year old tantrums and my utter fail at camping 😅 but in all seriousness, this trip I’ve been thinking and reflecting a ton, on this business and what comes next because this past year just totally kicked my hiney 🙃 Something I read recently in the book, Happier at Home by Gretchen Rubin, is this idea of holding yourself to personal commandments (or mantras) you set for yourself. One of the author’s is simply to be herself always and to cram each day with things she loves. I’m thinking a lot about small and bigger changes to the business and as I percolate on these two commandments. They’re sticking with me- just to be Amy and cram each day with what I love…as much as I can given all the other responsibilities on my plate. Let me know ⬇️ if that idea resonates with you and please go read Happier at Home too! I loved it 😍 special shout out to Danielle Klein who I got to connect with in real life and participate in one of her sound baths at the Telluride yoga fest. She’s been doing sound baths for our Knitalong community for the last year and they are just incredible 🙏
