i rarely film on days like this when i work extra long hours during the week so that i can take a "day off" and just spend it with my plants. i'm super grateful to be able to do what i love for a career and work from home, but that also means no real weekends and only days off when you're able to. so when i have a planty day, i really try and be super present and offline to be able to enjoy it. it's my idea of self care! so in this video i casually take you along as i do some watering, plant maintenance, shelf styling, moving plants around, propagating and starting to prep for a 2 week vacation. unfortunately this video doesn't have a happy ending and i'm sorry for the abrupt way i had to close off the video, but life had different plans for me this day 💔
