Today’s subject is the noble Lieutenant Colonel! The senior commander of Praetoria’s Regiments, the Lieutenant Colonel is a career soldier born from a long line of gentry officers who all have served His Majesty’s Government with distinction! He strives to live up to his family name and commands with the air of a gentleman, demanding the best from his Regiment and using his keen tactical mind to direct their firepower where appropriate! Coupled with specialist forces such as the Grenadiers or even those Clone Afriel Strain Commandos, and he becomes the mailed will of Praetoria personified!
Voiced by Matthew Vanston for the Praetorian Guard faction of Dawn of War Soulstorm: Unification Mod. The primary commander of the Praetorian Guard, the Lt. Col. differs from other Guard commanders such the Imperial Guard General or Krieg General in that he does not come with a Command Squad. Instead, he is a support hero, using his abilities to buff targeted units or to reveal enemy infiltrators. While still quite effective combat, his lower health means he's best attached to allied units who can help make up the difference.
