We have made our way into St. Frangelico Cathedral and we climb up through the ladders and across the beams and wheels and cogs and structures of the interior of the Cathedral Basement. We eventually reach a lever to pull and reverse the movement of some lowering platforms to now raise instead allowing us to return to this upper area much faster. We also have access to a little alcove we can work our way down to and open a chest that contains a Legion Plug which will allow us to make a new Legion Arm of our choice
