This major skip allows you to skip 2 mandatory bosses, King's Flame Fuoco and Fallen Archbishop Andreus. This skip will bring you immediately to the Malum District outside the Black Rabbit Brotherhood.
You could technically skip the Black Rabbit Brotherhood. But doing so won't let you progress further into the game when you talk to Geppetto. You have to therefor kill the Black Rabbit Brotherhood and only then you will receive the key to the Rosa Isabelle Street.
You will be entering the arena from out of bounds. You could activate the fight immediately. But doing so will activate the boss fight without their character models visible. So you have to therefore quitout of the game. The game will spawn you back outside the arena entrance
