Have you ever needed to add more structure and increase the usability of your Simulink models? Simulink has you covered, with Libraries, Subsystem References and Model References. In this video, we cover the simplest and easiest reusable component: a library.

Libraries allow you to modify and standardize multiple instances of small subsystem from one central location, i.e. from the library. But adding structure by way of libraries also necessarily imposes more constraints. And these added constraints are what can frustrate users new to libraries. This video can greatly lessen that frustration. In this video we first provide the motivation for using libraries, the classic why.
