Have watch of this video to see the flounce/ruffle infused faux wrap dress I have made out of some gorgeous liberty lawn fabric. I hacked the bodice of the New Loon 6446 pattern onto the Sew Over It Ultimate Pencil Skirt. Watch to the end to see a tutorial of how I made and attached the flounces!
