In this video I show how to obtain the Exclusive Colour White Pony from the mission "Snappy Dresser".
BP = Bullet Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by Bullets.
DP = Damage Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from Collisions and will not dent from Crashing.
EP = Explosion Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from Explosives.
FP = Fire Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by Fire.
AP = All Proof - BP/DP/EP/FP = AP. AP Vehicles can only be destroyed by tipping them upside down, using the Blow Up All Cars Cheat, or if a Tank bumps into the Vehicle.
EC = Exclusive Color - The Special Vehicle has a Special Color or Color Combination that can't be obtained from Pay and Spray or Traffic.
EC2 = Exclusive Color 2 - This Special Vehicle has a Special Invisible Secondary Color only viewable by Save Editors.
Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the Vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic.
H = Heavy - The Special Vehicle's Mass is increased and it can move anything out of its way with Ease.
PP = Pop Proof - The Special Vehicle's Tires can't be popped.
TP = Tip Proof - The Special Vehicle can be Tipped upside down and it will not catch Fire and blow up, it only works if you're not inside of the Vehicle and when it's upside down.
WP = Water Proof - The Special Vehicle falls in Blue Hell when it falls in Water. This Property is only present on H Bikes.
UH = Unique Handling - The Special Vehicle has Superior or Inferior Handling and it can only be tested on Bikes.
PC = Permanent Color - The Special Vehicle doesn't change Colors when you take it to Pay and Spray.
TD = Triple Damage - The Special Vehicle can take about 3 times more Collision Damage until it blows up compared to a Normal Vehicle.
NE = No Extra - The Special Vehicle is missing an Object which is Part of the Vehicle. It's actually a Glitched Property that can be done anytime
