This credit system is insane.
The requirement to sell 20% of new cars as EVs starts in just six months. Demand is nowhere near 20% so car companies are going to have to purchase credits from EV companies to make up the difference.
This could be as much as $20,000 per car, and it'll end up going to major manufacturers like Tesla.
