When is the LG TV Xbox App and Cloud Gaming coming to WebOS? We now have a date. Tech vlogger Chris Stead was at the reveal event for the 2025 LG TV range in Sydney Australia, where a release window and rollback plans were announced. In this video, you'll see the LG announcement, with Xbox cloud streaming coming to LG OLED TVs, LG QNED TVs and LG Monitors in April 2025. The LG Xbox cloud streaming experience will roll back to 2022 models, too, but will be a part of the WebOS 25 update.

In order to use Xcloud on LG TVs, you'll need to have an Xbox Ultimate Game Pass subscription and a Bluetooth compatible controller. LG is hoping this will ensure they are considered the best TV for gaming 2025, 2026 and beyond.
