Setting a new standard for the Lexus SUV, the latest RX is even more enjoyable to drive boasting high levels of luxury and space. This has been recognised with the RX winning the Auto Express Driver Power Award for 2019. The technology seamlessly selects the best power source (petrol or electric mode) based on your driving.
A clever hybrid system charges the electric battery while you are driving. It recovers the energy that would normally be wasted through regenerative braking; for example when you are braking to slow down. This means there is no plugin required.
