Jesus, when was the last time I updated this channel with a new video!? That was like a 5-6 months ago.
I'm not quite sure if I'd be needing this or willing to finish this tool. I actually programmed this like 6 months ago. But never fully finished it due to fact I canceled my own project then, and some bugs/glitches here and there. Felt slightly tedious too in making the rest of what's planned.
But since I had drama with Sebamkfan recently, I quit Megaman Plus' development (and his other projects as well) and felt like reviving my old project. Meaning there's may be a chance I could finish this anyways.
Oh yeah these tiles were from Megaman Time Tangent, MexicanSunflower's project.
