We put our teenage boys in charge of our vacation budget for the past few years… and they have done an amazing job! 🎉
They are always aware of our spending during the trip and often say things like, “Okay, we can spend $X on food each day to make sure we don’t go over.” 🍔 They are the ones keeping Donnie and me in line! 😂
Teaching kids about money doesn’t have to be complicated– it can even be fun! 🤗 And the more they participate in the process while they’re under our roof, the more confident they will be in making their own smart money decisions when they are grown adults. 💗
