- Option 1: milk, turmeric, honey, flour (regular flour or rice flour or ground oaks if you have more dry skin)
- Option 2: milk / yogurt, turmeric, lemon juice
- Option 3: olive oil and turmeric
- Option 4: turmeric, aloe vera gel, rose water
