I'm working with a new diet counselor who specializes in eating habits affected by mental illness, and we dug up a lot of stuff. Turns out that nearly every problem and negative behavior I have is caused by trauma. Insomnia? Trauma. Binge/emotional eating? Trauma. Inability to relax my muscles? Trauma, baby. She explained so many things that made sense that I never even thought of. I've been through so much, my mind and body have become experts at survival. My mind and body are constantly acting like I'm in danger in some way. Even the times I forget to breathe is caused by trauma. A lot of new problems I have were caused by trauma I endured online. If you're one of the people who tormented me, you caused a huge amount of damage to someone who was already heavily damaged. You should be paying my medical bills. I am constantly in fight or flight mode because of you and my mother. And some of you did it because you were manipulated by a psycho. Does it feel good to be manipulated? Because all you had to do was do a couple searches to see who was telling the truth. You didn't even read the whole, "age is just a number" conversation. Oh, and saying that phrase has nothing to do with predators. It's actually said in Disney's Dreamlight Valley, which Michael got me for our anniversary. That phrase has always referred to maturity, predators stole it from us. I entered a toy store today, and on the wall it said, "you don't stop playing because you get old, you get old because you stop playing." Bam. Mic drop. Age is nothing but a number, bitch, and I'll say it whenever I fucking want. I don't have sexual conversations with minors, there's no reason to. You need to admit and accept that you were wrong, you did a bad thing, you fell for lies, you permanently damaged a severely mentally ill person, you spread those lies further, and you fucked up. Besides, even if, say, having explicit conversations with teenagers was okay, I'm married! I'm not having those conversations with anyone but my husband! XD you reached so far and became criminals. I would love to confront you face to face just so I can cross my arms and smirk while you avoid my eyes in shame. I took responsibility for the thing I did, when will you? If I weren't ill, I'd be unstoppable. I'd be social, productive, have thicker skin, be more mature, and I'd never give up. I would be a powerhouse of self esteem, confidence, and determination.
Anyway, Remy is my favorite in Dreamlight Valley, of course. This game is taking me away from my responsibilities, but it's helping me relax, and that's what Michael and my healthcare workers say I should do. It also helps me practice positive self talk because it's such a positive game. It's like Animal Crossing, but Disney. I can't upload gameplay, huge copyright violation. The Switch won't even let you take captures.
