In this AMOS (Amiga) Tutorial we learn to put together the popular Wordle game. This tutorial is suitable for beginners. You may want to be ready with the pause button as I'll be going quite fast!
We'll start with a word list of over 13,000 words and build the AMOS game up from there.
This game includes an example of the binary search algorithm which comes in handy for checking for a word in the list.
Finally we put it all together and test it.
*Hint*: I added a cheat to the game, but you'll have to read the code to find it!
This will end up with a fully working game, but there's a lot of room for improvement, including adding some visual effects.
