If you're reading this then no it's not clickbait but light hearted humor. DMC2 being unpopular is a massively accepted opinion BUT it does have some cool things and redeeming qualities.

+ Artwork is cool
+ Dante looks cool but kinda off in cut-scenes
+ Rebellion is introduced to the franchise
+ Wall run is a nice touch

- Jumping feels completely weightless
- Adding to the above Dante feels magnetized when close to the ground
- Combat is more choppy and less fluent than DMC1
- Same lead up as DMC1 as well as inconsistent level design
- Helm breaker is way too slow for no reason

At some point I'll have to play this in full and i'll dub it "I Played DMC2 So You DON'T HAVE TO" mark my words.
