This is part 1 of the Daedric quest 'The Only Cure'. You trek to the Shrine of Peryite and give (vampire dust, a deathbell flower, silver ingot and a flawless ruby) to Kesh the Clean. You are able to speak to the Daedric Lord Peryite and he sends you on a mission. You obtain the Daedric Artifact 'Spellbreaker' a shield that creates a 'ward' when blocking.
