As we explore more and more of the Northweald, we will not only figure out what happened to the the truth of what happened to the hunter 'in exile, but we draw ever closer to Persoq. Sagani has sought him for over five years and at long last the two are going to meet... though not in the way that either of them would've liked.
Just because a soul in Eora spent their last life as a human, that doesn't mean their next life will have them be one too. Souls in the cycle are reborn endlessly and into a myriad of forms, some of which know far more about the nature of their existance than others. Persoq is indeed in the Northweald, but he's no in no condition to truly understand the significance his actions had for Sagani's tribe, and I'm not referring to the body that he's in.
Let's just hope that Sagani doesn't think her mission was in vain.
