Rain is such a wild card, especially in this mod. It can't be overstated how much not having a Weather Prediction screws us over. Normally you can use it well against the AI, but here not only is the AI significantly improved, but also has the information we don't. The deck is rigged and all cards are marked.

Welcome to my brand new Motorsport Manager series! In this playthrough we take over the newly created Skoda Racing team and attempt to build it into a championship-winning organization. Thanks to the Rebirth Redux mod, the challenge is considerably harder than in the base game, meaning every decision, from car development to hiring staff and race strategy, will matter.
Why Rebirth Redux? It makes the game considerably more challenging by introducing additional mechanics, tighter finances and a much slower progression, making every improvement feel earned.
I decided to alternate episodes between two formats:
Management Episodes focus on research, car development, finances, staff and long-term planning between races.
Race Episodes cover every practice session, qualifying and the Grand Prix itself, with live strategy, tyre management and championship battles.
You can easily distinguish them by their thumbnails.
Unlike many playthroughs, this series focuses on realistic long-term management rather than rushing through seasons. Every decision has consequences, mistakes are not edited out, and the goal is to build a successful team over many seasons instead of chasing quick victories.
