I guess I gotta let my guitar do the talking sometimes.
In this playthrough of Guitar Hero World Tour, we form a band and go through all the songs in the career mode for guitar. But not only are we playing World Tour itself, but we're on the Definitive Edition, which means mods up the alley! So expect to see other characters besides Axel Steel, or Judy Nails, instead, we got a lot to choose from outside of Guitar Hero itself. Some implemented by Dodylectable and crew, and many more by various other modders, some of which you can find on sites like Nexus Mods, or on Gamebanana. And for ease on myself and due to the character limit on these descriptions, I won't be linking every single mod that I have or use, but I will link you all to the sites that I just mentioned so you all can have a go at finding what you're looking for.
