We've managed to sneak our way into the Altus Plateau, but I was curious enough about the "proper" route I decided to go back around to see what it's like. Naturally, I get sidetracked anyways.
Elden Ring is a FromSoftware game that serves as an open-world successor to the famous "Soulsborne" titles and related games, including Demon's Souls, the Dark Souls trilogy, Bloodborne, and Sekiro. The player is cast as a wanderer known as a Tarnished, who must venture through the ruined Lands Between in order to find the titular Elden Ring. The game was directed by longtime FromSoftware creator Hidetaka Miyazaki, and also features worldbuilding done by George R.R. Martin.
