Huh. So, since HtPBLaM is dead, I thought I'd start looking into other options for my Let's Play. I've been hearing a lot about this Cave Story game, and well, I couldn't find any Let's Plays on it. You'd think if people loved it so much, they'd, you know, Let's Play it at least once.
Anyway, I decided I should be the person to do just that.
...And I don't know what to tell you. This game is terrible. The music is meh, the graphics are blocky, the controls are slippery and laggy, and the game sends you back to the beginning of the game anytime you die from an unfair death trap.
Oh, and they talk more than an RPG, and the characters are like something out of a drug trip or something.
I give it a Suck Out of Sucky Suck Suck. Not quite the worst, but nowhere near the best. It's about as good as a week old deceased crab.
Anyway, enjoy the video, I guess. I'm going to talk to the apprentice about doing more HtPBLaM videos. I just don't think this is going to work out.

With the vote for our party done, its time to dig a little into the main mechanics of the game.
Hopefully, this video will give a slightly better description of the magic circle system than the game gives without getting into too much detail right off the bat.
