Let’s go try out one of Austin’s most unique food trucks. Dosa Shack in Austin, Texas, gives a fresh twist on classic Indian flavors. If you don't know what dosa is, it is a fermented batter cooked in butter or oil to create a crispy, savory, crepe like food. Dosa is personally one of my favorite Indian dishes and Dosa Shack's pink dosa alongside their house made chutneys don’t miss. For dessert, you have to try out the rose caramel doffle which is a waffle dosa hybrid filled with "a soft cheese curd dumpling" (which I am pretty sure was a gulab jamun). With an all vegetarian menu, Dosa Shack has something for everyone and I definitely recommend trying them out.
