This is not really a channel restart or anything. It's just that I enjoy cooking. I enjoy fairly easy dishes that are not too hard to make. And I have a new camera workflow to figure out.

1+1 = cooking video. Obviously. But if people are down for more of this type of content I can deliver ;)

3 cloves of garlic
1 big or 2 small red unions
2 bird’s eye peppers (or similar)
4 branches of basil
3 ts of olive oil
1 ts of sugar
Salt ‘n pepper
200 gr pasta of choice
