Yep, another long time before a new Longplay showed itself from me. But hey, this one is at least another of those 3d platformer Data Design Interactive works that are the same as every other time they did this, like Ninjabread Man and Trixie in Toyland...

This one, for some reason with the box cover, is linked to Myth Makers too, even though this character is just never mentioned or shows up in any Myth Makers game before it. For all we know, this is just someone at DDI really wanting to make some money off of a bootleg Elvis.

You attack with a guitar, you fight at evil music instruments, you collect floating music notes in orbs to open that stupid teleporter thing... it's legit just the same thing as usual, but somehow this game plays the worst out of ALL of these. It feels more jank and heavy than previous games in my opinion and the level design and puzzles are more involved, but also worse.

The biggest difference is in the "difficulty" selection. It's not a difficulty selection. This is instead just the pickups mode that you'd usually get after running through the level for the first time, except it's the main mode now. Go for a higher difficulty, and the game will require a higher amount of collectables picked up before it'll let you leave. Easy makes you pick up half of the pickups in the levels, of which there are a lot of them, while Hard makes you pick up almost every single one of them. The enemies do not change in difficulty, mainly because all the enemies are once again reskins of existing enemy archetypes from previous games of this kind from DDI. Same with your controls and weapons, it's just the useless melee and the upgrade-able long range homing weapon that once upgraded fully, will basically devastate all enemies at long range no matter what.

There's no bosses, either. And the game just kinda ends once you complete the 3rd level, with nothing of reply value to the game either. The pickups are also in some really mean spots and in some hidden areas too, so you have to check every single nook and cranny of the levels to find even a single collectable, including stuff high up and stuff close to the edge where you can fall and lose a life. Which yes, the health you can pickup from enemies that can also give you lives when you get more than 5 from your default amount is here as well. Cause again. This is just another 3d platformer by DDI that is a reskin of every one of these.

It's genuinely the least enjoyable one of the lot. At least previous games give you bosses, minigames or additional modes, whereas this one is legit one and done, the most uncared for of the lot, which ALSO got a Wii port for some inane reason. It's a bad game. What else can i say here that i haven't already with the previous ones?

Commentary Track coming whenever.

Overall, another bad one. I did go out of my way to try and collect every collectable i can in these, but there's a very good chance i missed a few. I do not care that much to give a rundown of every single collectable location however, but i'm sure if you need a guide, this should give you at least some kind of help in places. Regardless, another bad DDI platformer game, done and shelved forever.
