Welcome to this PSA about the Thoth Tarot.
Now hold your horses, it's not bad news. 😝
I just want to address the issue of fearmongering and gatekeeping surrounding the Thoth Tarot.
Recently, I have seen the Thoth Tarot pop up on various channels and they touch on where they are at in regards to learning or they address Thoth based content... and I felt pulled to comment on it all.
The Thoth is a fantastic deck for studying and symbol treasure hunting but, you don't HAVE to be interested in ANY OF THAT! 😘
If you just want to sling the cards and are somehow worried that it's just too complicated of a deck, STOP. It's a tarot deck. Use it how you want to. It can be used for various purposes and is great with giving general readings. (no layers necessary) 😉
