I've tried a few different brands of UV resin and some have been known to be sticky after curing. I've had the best luck with Limino Brand (link below).
8/15/2021 Update: Best to use this resin as a topcoat for darker colors, not white or clear as it did yellow after a few months: youtu.be/su8aQn59oOA
