Elemental HERO Stratos is back at 3!

And I'm not even playing the additional copies ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm sure there are HERO decks out there that can really leverage 3 copies of the now-Unlimited Elemental HERO Stratos to do some cool things, but this particular strategy doesn't really need them. What it *does* take advantage of is that Destiny HERO Malicious is back at 3, which means my fun project I had been working on last week pre-banlist-announcement is finally complete! ^_^
