Rebel Witch by Kelly-Ann Maddox is a great book for those new to witchcraft. She covers many topics from a secular point of view including holidays, spirits and divine beings, spellwork, and community.
UPDATE: @kelly-annmaddox has released a video talking about some of the critiques of her book including the part about sex magic. I think this is a great video and really sheds some light on how she views sex magic. I highly recommend watching it if youre interested in her point of view.

I may be a bit cynical about greenwashing, eco-friendly marketing, and how corporations deal with Earth Day. Despite most common Earth Day practices and marketing and products being surface-level, Earth Day can be that cracked door open that leads people to more sustainable and eco-friendly practices in their life, and that includes within witchcraft. Just because Earth Day is highly marketable, full of buzzwords and full of eco-friendly and sustainable products doesnt mean that we shouldnt care about it. Earth Day is important.
