So I started wondering if it was possible for the Pluck of Many clones in Black Myth Wukong to solo a boss in NG+++. The next boss in my run was Cyan Loong, and it turned out they couldn't solo him... that is, until I spec'd my build for summoning them three times instead of the usual max of two.
BUILD:
Dark Iron Staff
Gore-Eyed Daoist Spirit (for extra mana mainly)
Curios: Tridacna Pendant (for faster spell recovery), 3 x Beast Buddhas,
Gold Button
Supreme Gourd with Loong Balm drink
Soaks: Turtle Tear, Bee Mountain Stone, Slumbering Beetle Husk, Mount Lingtai Seedlings
Medicines: Enhanced Tiger Subduing Pellets, Loong Aura Amplification Pellets, Septenary Heartfire Pill, Amplifications Pellets
Pretty much had to guzzle the Gourd over and over to restore spells to get the third group in fast enough, but that's about it. With enough duplicates Cyan Loong gets interrupted enough to stop attacking long enough for the duplicates to win.
Also, I popped damage medicines but I have no idea if they had any impact on the dup's at all, just did it anyway just in case.
