Weeks 6 & 7: Let Go And Let God, Everything Will Work Out — (Click "show more" to read more)

So, this vlog ended up being 18 minutes long! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was kind of upset after finishing filming this vlog because I didn’t want to fall behind with vlogging. Next day, I talked to my dad about this and he said that I could redo the video but I told him that I couldn’t redo it because then I would probably want to redo future videos and I don’t want that. I’m sticking with “one take and that’s it”- learn from the vlog and then do better in the next vlog.

After watching the video, I felt so thankful for the progress I’ve made that I didn’t mind that it would take me all day (11 hours) to add closed captions, I was just so thankful- to be where I am today with filming- a few years ago, I would have never posted these kind of videos… I was insecure and struggled to post a simple 15 second video on Instagram- I would redo the video like 20-30 times- it was bad. So, to post this raw, unedited 18 minute video, it’s really a huge accomplishment for me- I’ve learned to be ok with imperfection and I’m so grateful, thankful for that. It’s kind of a long story how I became so fearful of being on camera... maybe someday I will share the story but not anytime soon.

I’m really excited to continue this personal vlogging series- thanks so much for being a part of my journey, I really appreciate it!

If you’re still reading… will you let me know in the comment section that you’ve read the video description too, “I read too”, something like that. I’m used to write lengthy captions on Instagram (@signedwithheart) and was wondering if people read video descriptions on YouTube too.

Anyways, thanks again for watching!! :)
