Today we will be going over an A Level Physics Question, which was stated to be "Challenging" by the examiner's report. This is an OCR A A level Physics question but it is applicable to all exam boards including AQA, CIE, Edexcel, iEdexcel, etc and similar courses such as IB Physics and AP Physics in the states.

Here is a great problem on refractive index and in a way, reverse critical angle and total internal reflection which was fantastic to solve. It involves dropping a ring along a boundary with two separate substances with different refractive index.
