Believe it or not, this photo of two women kissing was actually an advert from the year 2000! And it was shown on one of London’s largest billboards...for all to see! 👀

This fabulous lesbian ad was by Queercompany, who offered financial services to same-sex-couples. Unsurprisingly, it was very controversial at the time… the Advertising Standards Agency received over 50 complaints (apparently that’s a lot 🙃). Do people really have nothing better to complain about…
