dbwproductions.com presents our slightly modified 92' Les Paul Standard. My latest mod has to do with switching out the original tone capacitors with some tasty Paper-In-Oil PIO K42Y-2 Vintage Russian Tone Caps. I put a .033 in the bridge and a .015 in the neck. I also switched the wiring from modern to 50's wiring. The 50's wiring keeps the high end from rolling off as you turn down the volume on the guitar. My next mod will be new volume and tone pots! I've had many pickups in this guitar and currently have the Gibson Burstbucker 3's installed. As always, I'm using my awesome Kemper Profiler Amp and using a Plexi profile by Soundside.
I'm a music producer in Woodland Hills, CA and have a great 4 room recording studio complete with a professionally tuned (by Bob Hodas) control room. I specialize in producing singer/songwriters but bands are welcome.
