On October 4, 2018, Joe Salvaggio was called to the stand. He was questioned about arresting witnesses, rejected charges, overly broad warrants, lack of evidence, and more. He exposed some of his outlandish ideas like non-traditional (electronic) riots. He did a lot of complaining, especially about First Amendment activity and having to produce public information. With the tables flopped, he had trouble not being in control and was erratic when off script. He says more files have been charged, and he is cracking down of the cabal of over 100 in its ranks.
Salvaggio had a very difficult time. He could not get it straight that he was the defendant and the auditors the ones bringing action.
No auditors have been called to the stand in Leon Valley. Only Salvaggio and a Leon Valley Detective.
