This is a video of an alpha version of my lens encoder device. In it, I am showing the main screen and how the progress bars are moving in response to the encoders being turned. The device is capable of receiving LTC or VITC time code, which it displays on its main screen. This device is capable of tracking the zoom, focus, and iris for a camera's lens. The holes are for buttons, which I have located underneath. This being a prototype, I haven't made them extend through the holes yet. I'll be getting to that in a few days. The device is capable of sending the encoder positions, normalized to a range of 0-65535, to a host PC when it receives new time code data or it can ignore the time code and only send data when it is asked for it.
