Yesterday I formatted my Lenovo PC and it wouldn't turn off completely when I pressed the shut down button the only way I could turn it off completely was by holding the power button by force for a few seconds the only problem I found out was that I formatted the PC in Windows in UEFI and not in Legacy like I always did before and I found out that many people on Google had the same issue and the only fix was to format the disk and install a fresh copy of windows operating system again but only in legacy.
I made this video on how to create a bootable disk in legacy with the help of a free portable software called Rufus from Rufus. Ie and now I can turn it off and it turns off the Lenovo PC completely if somebody knows a better and simpler solution please comment below and help everybody out.
I don't know if this is a windows issue or a driver issue.
My specific PC is the Lenovo ThinkCentre Edge 71 an Intel second gen processor with ddr3 but I have seen from my google research that some Lenovo laptops and server desktop PC's having the same issue when installing the new UEFI Windows 10 operating system.
