The "Techno" music in the "Toon Jam" section of the PC game Lenny's Music Toons. I recorded this on an older computer since I always have liked that sound a lot and I finally got it working again, I don't know if that's what it was composed for, but it sounds like it to me. It makes sense because of when this was made.
