A theme of Fujiwara no Iyozane, one of possible third stage bosses of the Neutral route.
Somehow, I feel like Iyozane is way more snarky this time round, not hesitating to call Fumikado a "screw-up emperor" or something similar.
...and yet, Iyozane still chooses to team up with Fumikado. Perhaps other emperor candidates are even worse...?
