Lemon Shakerato Recipe

6oz iced coffee
1 tbsp honey + 2 tsp hot water
1 fl oz fresh lemon juice (about a whole lemon’s worth)
5 oz ice (about 8 cubes)
Lemon slice for garnish

Make the iced coffee
In a small cup, mix honey and hot water to make a honey syrup
Juice one whole lemon and strain pulp and seeds yielding about 30g of juice
Add ice, lemon juice, honey syrup, and iced coffee to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously
Rim a chilled glass with lemon slice
Strain drink into prepared glass
