Taking a look at Lei's season 3 changes in Tekken 7. Overall: They are mostly buffs with only one possibly two minor nerfs. The buffs to Lei do not entirely touch upon some of his core problems such as his poor range on some of his key pokes and tools, nor does it help his frame data out in certain poor moves. However it does help him a lot with moves such as f,n+4,1~f, all of his Rage Drives, having a returning very scary low launcher from range 0, WR+1 speed increase, a new extension to u+1+2, and possibly a new pressure tool from Drunken!
